參加對象：為全國國中、高中職（含五年制專科學校一、二、三）學生，採分組競賽方式。
競賽內容：以生活常見法律實例，採選擇題方式進行網路闖關。

彰化扶輪社多年來舉辦高中職暨國中英語演講比賽，雖深受好評，但評審老師們有感於我社舉辦多次英語演講比賽只是評選學生英文能力的差異，從來沒有給予學生增進能力的指導，所以特別舉辦此次研討會，期望能藉由此次研討會對學生的英語能力有所幫助與提升。

一、時間：總展期至110年12月31日止，每4個月更換不同展出主題(如附件所示)，現展出「夢想起飛航空主題展」(展期至108年12月29日)。
二、地點：國立公共資訊圖書館3樓世界之窗展區（臺中市南區五權南路100號）。
三、展出內容：以輕鬆有趣且富教育意義的互動課程，提供學生體認創新工業基礎技術對現代生活之重要性，深化參與者對於未來技職發展之前瞻性。
