Self-Exploration Community helps us to know ourselves better. During the teacher will lead the students to think, “ What do you think about yourself？”

The classmate thought about themselves, to know who you really are, and the things improve in personality. Humans are animal that will hide their feelings.

It is a good activity to reflect oneself as well as getting to know people better.

「自我探索小團體」幫助我們更了解自己。在輔導老師的帶領下，學生會思考：「你是如何看待自己的呢？」

當學生檢視自我、了解自己到底是誰，待人處事會更加人性化。

人類，是一種會掩飾自身情感的動物，這是一個讓參與者反映內心想法，更好認識身邊每個人的優質活動。
