Jump rope is an easy aerobic exercise, it can burn body fat, and exercise muscles. Increasing metabolic rate helps the body consumes energy, the amount of rope jumping for ten minutes consumes as much kcal as jogging for 10 hours. Students in LJIS spend their break time jumping rope and it benefits their health. It helps the students grow taller. According to some experiments, students who skip rope for more than half a year elevate their heart functions, endurance, and agility. You can jump on your own, or with your friends at any place. People of all ages will benefit from rope jumping.

跳繩是簡單的有氧運動,可快速高效燃燒脂肪,也可以鍛練肌肉,提升基礎代謝率、幫助身體消耗掉更多熱量,跳繩10分鐘可燃400大卡=慢跑1小時。鹿江國際中小學利用每天早上的第二節下課來進行跳繩,讓學生們保持著健康的身體,現在正值青春期的學生們也可以藉由跳繩來長高。根據專家測試跳繩運動半年以上的學生,發現他們的心臟機能較為發達,耐久力也增加,動作敏捷、跳躍的高度隨著增進不少。跳繩的動作,可簡可難、變化萬千,無論個人或團體跳均可隨時隨地實施,無論年齡、性別,人人可行、校校可做、家家可玩。

一學期的跳繩感想:

701郭倢伃:「可以讓身高變高,也能幫助減肥,更有助於身體健康。」

701郭家瑜:「能在下課空閒時間找到樂趣,不但可以增長自己的身高,可以和同學一同運動,對人緣、身高都有幫助!」
