At the Nanguan & Traditional Art Festival concert on Dec. 27th, LJIS students will present the learning results from one of the school-based curriculum: “Explore the world”, and show the design of tour packages of the international travel exhibition.
When planning a tour package, the students need to understand the basic facts of each country: map, location, climate, currency and religion, choose landmarks and attractions to arrange the things to do, budget, and the days of the trip. Tr. Evelyn taught students to refer to travel itineraries from reliable travel agencies, famous tourism websites, or the official tourism website of the country.
Last week, the Middle East and Europe group presented their package to all the students. They used Google Earth and shared well-arranged journey plans.
“Explore the world” is a long-term and coherent curriculum plan. Students can learn valuable experiences and broaden their horizon in becoming someone with an international perspective.

唐琬晴老師指導學生參考有信用的旅行社行程、著名的旅遊網，或該國的旅遊官方網站。上禮拜，中東小組和歐洲小組，向所有同學介紹他們的旅遊套餐，他們使用Google地球分享精心安排的旅程計畫。
探索世界是一項長期而連貫的課程計畫。學生可以學到寶貴的經驗、拓展視野，成為有國際觀的人。
