一、參加對象：全國公私立幼兒園、國小學生、國中學生。
二、收件期間：自108年9月11日(星期三) 起至108年10月4日 (星期五)止。
三、參賽內容：
(一)徵件主題：多元文化繪本或相關書籍親子共讀心得感 想。
(二)心得內容：凡多元文化繪本或相關書籍，包含各國人 文、歷史、地理及風俗民情等內容皆可。
(三)分組徵件：分為幼兒園組、國小低年級組、國小中年級組、國小高年級組及國中組，共計5組。
(四)送件數量：每人限投稿1件，每件作品作者限為1人。
四、徵件格式：
(一)幼兒園組：可以圖畫或繪本方式呈現並加註文字說明，標題需寫上「（閱讀書名○○○○）之心得感想」。... 觀看完整文章
(一)報名期限：108年9月23日(一)起至108年11月8日(五)止。
(二)報名方式：於期限內填妥簡章附件二、附件三、附件四之表件，依規定格式寄送或親送至彰化縣立線西國民中學(日期以郵戳為憑)。
(三)組別對象：本縣所屬之國中小學生皆可參加，國小一年級至六年級為國小組，國中一年級至三年級為國中組。
(四)徵稿主題：以「海洋文化」為主題創作（範疇包括海洋歷史、海洋文學、海洋藝術、海洋民俗信仰與祭典等內涵）。
(五)獎勵辦法：各組參賽學生評選第一名1名、第二名2名、第三名2名、佳作5名，予以獎狀、獎金之獎勵。得獎作品之指導教師，頒發本縣獎狀乙紙，以資獎勵。
