一、教育部國民及學前教育署為鼓勵學生以繪本特有的聯想、趣味、幽默及啟發的方式，創作具在地文化特色的校園反毒文宣繪本，藉以引發學生對非法成癮藥物建立正確認知，進而遠離、拒絕毒品，讓正確拒毒觀念向下扎根，爰辦理旨揭計畫。
二、參賽組別分為國小組、國中組、高中(職)組共3組，各組獎金、相關報名方式、作品規格、收件日期等訊息請參閱計畫。
